I first got interested in Risus because it truly seemed that it does not get in the way of story. I wanted to roll some dice, just to roll some dice- and not have to go running off into a book. Being a firm believer in 'any rule that you have to look up, you should ignore' Risus was an obvious choice. I love the simplicity and the idea of 'Room Cliches' solving everything with but one number.

Currently running a game over on RPOL.net called 'Risus Dungeoneers' I hope to become a veteran of the Great Order of Roman Laughter. I invite anyone to join us over at RPOL for the Crypt of the Beholden Undead. Not to worry as soon as the adventure is finished I plan to post it here on the site.
